Whaaaat?! I went to sleep last night while something else was playing. I'd remembered a dream for the first time in months. My phone was out of power; I don't know why. My laptop was out of power because it hadn't been connected to a charger. This video had stopped at 2:26:40 / 3:54:37. I wasn't going to watch it, but now I'll check into it later in the day. I made notes about the dream: I don't know how the dream started or even what the sequence was, but I think the pieces fit together this way. [My husband who died three years ago] and I had been brought deep into beautiful backcountry for protection by country friends. And we had spent the night in an old empty building. It was completely empty except for a four poster type of bed in which we woke up. It had a kind of muslin curtain around it. [Husband] had gone off to reconnoiter and I heard people coming. They actually came into the building, which was like an old Grange meeting place. From their conversation, I realized these were not our friends but seemed friendly. They were talking about buying the building and the selling price was 800 + dollars. That made me want to buy the building myself. [Husband] returned and, being country people too, they became our protectors also. I guess we had said or written something that offended powerful people. Anyway, elsewhere in the dream, we walked the countryside and it was so beautiful, hilly woodlands in Spring with many things in bloom.

I dont know if i have narcolepsy but i get it seasonal sometimes. Where days, i feel sleepy all the time and i think i hear my roomates talking in the kitchen or somewhere in the house upon waking up but im just hallucinating. I dont kmow if i have allergies that are causing me to juat feel drowsy most of the time. If its mold, if its something else, or if its my contacts drying my eyes where i feel tired but i know i sleep so much And i use to be able to wake up and stay awake

Over the past year my naps are getting longer every day, now up to 3 hours and if I do not nap I feel like I am going to pass out when standing. I slept 8 hours last night then today had to sleep from 5 pm to 8 pm and it was a strong sleep with much dreaming. I am taking lisinopril for high blood pressure and tramadol for pain both for at least 5 years but one thing that has really changed the past 14 months was the fact I lost 110 pounds with the OMAD one meal/day diet, is it possible OMAD is causing Narcolepsy? I take all the supplements and vitamins every day for many years. It is not a matter of should I sleep if I need a nap it is a matter can I stay awake and not pass out when standing. !4 months ago I was superman I drank one pint of rum for 30 years to sleep at night then had a strong sleep and only napped 30 minuets a day due to an episode with AFIB I stopped drinking went to OMAD and got rid of my AFIB. Any ideas what is causing my problem?
